    Job Description
    • Associate the tenants mix planning.
    • Respect the indicated target.
    • Implementation of properties’ leasing strategies in line with the Associate Director | Senior Manager direction
    • Adhere to the systems and procedures that have been devised for the shopping malls
    • Associate the annual budget planning process
    • Generation of new leads and promotion of existing lead relationships
    • Analyses and shortlist potential properties based on leads requirements
    • Undertake property viewings with potential tenants
    • Build good relationships with actually tenants and potential tenants
    • Negotiation of all transactions
    • Finalization of lease contracts
    • Delivery of the Commercial Leasing division’s revenues
    • Delivery of the individual key performance indicators ( KPI’s)
    • Provide accurate and timely project status reporting to the leasing manager for use in regular project status meetings
    • Identify, develop and maintain real estate industry contacts at the company’s events and press conferences in order to create market awareness
    • Assist the leasing Manager with other various tasks and responsibilities as may be required from time to time.
