HSBC is currently recruiting for the role of Branch Service Officer
Service and Operations Associate will be required to manage and undertake operational activities and processing of servicing requests for HSBC Customers also to Provide guidance on transactions and ensure that all work is processed in accordance with the established and documented procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Order the branch required stationary, equipment, and fixed assets after obtaining the proper approvals.
Follow up maintenance contracts of all branch equipment.
Responsible for daily receiving/ distributing of incoming and outgoing mail of the branch.
Report any serious issues / incidents to Branch Manager / OPS Head.
Update branch charts- grades and filling reports through monitoring staff changes and record them.
Take the minutes of any meeting held.
Arrange the monthly meeting for the branch
Handle all branch expenditure and preparing vouchers for all items purchased after obtaining proper approvals.Ensure paying all branch invoices in timely manner.
Customers / Stakeholders:
Answer telephone calls in a professional way.
Make sure that Branch Premises are kept clean and tidy.
Handle archiving procedures and final delivery.
Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
