Internship Description
DCS is looking for an intern to work within our IT Department. As part of the DCS internship program, you will be mentored to provide real-life job experiences.
Intern Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in upgrading users from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
Assist in migrating user’s data.
Set up user’s equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair laptop and printer hardware issues.
Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
Internship Requirements
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
3-4 years of college.
Professional Internships with DCS are offered during the summer.
Applicants should have good customer service skills and be able to work in a team environment.
Students must currently be enrolled in college courses.
DCS is interested in candidates with the following majors:
Computer Science
Information Systems
Cybersecurity
Please note that eligibility (U.S. Citizenship) to obtain a Secret Clearance is required, and good verbal and written communication skills are a must.
