    Job Description

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Budgeting responsibilities:

      • Design and implement consolidation tool/template to collect and consolidate budget input from different departments.

      • Produces the financial dashboard including P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, CAPEX and the KPI’s.

      • Assist budgeting manager and analysis in balance sheet and cash flows production.

      • Performs any budget analysis required by the budgeting and analysis manager.

      • Produces what if scenarios and budget sensitivities

    • Monthly responsibilities:

      • Receives input from accounting team and prepare the company financial dashboard.

      • Identifies key variances from budget and any change in trends

      • Prepares presentation for the monthly results.

    • Other activities:

      • Prepare board material for the financial results

      • Prepare any ad hoc presentation related to historical performance

      • Builds and maintain a financial model to be used for the monthly rolling forecast


    Job Requirements

    • Education Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, or Finance

    • Experience 2+ years of experience in budgeting/decision support Skills and abilities

    • Fluent English both spoken and written

    • Good knowledge of budgeting processes

    • Good analytical and presentation skills

    • Good communications and interpersonal skills
