Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Budgeting responsibilities:
Design and implement consolidation tool/template to collect and consolidate budget input from different departments.
Produces the financial dashboard including P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, CAPEX and the KPI’s.
Assist budgeting manager and analysis in balance sheet and cash flows production.
Performs any budget analysis required by the budgeting and analysis manager.
Produces what if scenarios and budget sensitivities
Monthly responsibilities:
Receives input from accounting team and prepare the company financial dashboard.
Identifies key variances from budget and any change in trends
Prepares presentation for the monthly results.
Other activities:
Prepare board material for the financial results
Prepare any ad hoc presentation related to historical performance
Builds and maintain a financial model to be used for the monthly rolling forecast
Job Requirements
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, or Finance
Experience 2+ years of experience in budgeting/decision support Skills and abilities
Fluent English both spoken and written
Good knowledge of budgeting processes
Good analytical and presentation skills
Good communications and interpersonal skills
