Mentor Graphics is hiring Marketing Associate to Assists in planning, developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing communication projects in support of marketing objectives under the direction of the Business Development & Marketing Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

1. Marketing Communication Plan

   • Participates in developing regional marketing communications plans. Tracks and compiles reports related to marketing communication budget expenditures.

   • Implements promotional strategies, campaigns.

   • Manages all social media tools.

   • Working with marketing manager and utilize internal and external resources to develop advertising campaigns.

   • Collecting and analyzing media coverage; and developing responses when needed.

2. University Partnership

   • Creates and builds relationships with universities to implement the various Marketing activities in HEP and Capacity Building programs.

   • Interfaces with vendors to facilitate implementation of activities. Put measures to determine success of those activities.

3. Seminars and Events

   • Participate in organizing Seminars & Events, including all logistics, and budget.

   • Keeping annual calendars of events, and activities organized and updated.

4. Collateral

   • Manages production of promotional and collateral materials.

5. Public Relations

   • Develops and maintains relationships with Agencies.

   • Develops and produces high-quality, informative, and interesting press releases, press kits, and related materials for external and internal partners.

   • Help in managing Marketing PR internal activities such as CSR.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, business or related field.

• Previous experience in Marketing/PR or a related field is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong copywriting and content creation skills.

• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Photo and video-editing software

• Positive, motivated, manages time efficiently.

• Able to multitask and monitor several projects and tasks on a daily basis

• Available to work after hours or weekends when needed.
