Microsoft is hiring a Technical Support Engineer
As Technical Support Engineers, we provide an excellent technical support experience to our Enterprise customers both on premise and in the cloud.
From problem identification to full resolution, we own and handle technical customer issues.
Experience in this role will provide great opportunities to interact with beta versions, collaborate with product group teams and improve future versions of Microsoft products as a subject matter expert.

Job Requirements
Strong critical thinker, and enjoy solving problems
Ability to handle both pressure and complex situations.
Strong customer service, accurate logical problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Experience building relationships with customers
Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (written and oral) is mandatory
Technical Requirements
Advanced knowledge of Server Performance and Architecture.
Advanced knowledge of Storage and high availability components like Windows Server Clustering and Hyper-V
Troubleshooting system hangs/crashes / resource depletion and Disk Performance issues
Strong understanding of Server performance troubleshooting (Perfmon, Procmon, Xperf, Process explorer and memory dump configuration.)
Good understanding of network tcehnologies like DNS / DHCP / RAdius / TCP/IP /SMB
Deep understanding of troubleshooting Microsoft Active directory and its copmonenents.
Demonstrated knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting language
