Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
Works closely with all company department to resolve customer complaints.
Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in any Relevant Field.
0-2 Years of Experience.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Very Good Command of English Language.
