Merck Egypt is recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist to designs, implements and monitors human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, equal opportunity and diversity, etc. Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
The HR Generalist will Design optimal HR organization structures in partnership with relevant COE's and Global HRBP's and driving execution to meet business needs and to ensure realization of efficiencies.
The HR Generalist will be Leading and developing regional/country HR teams to next level of performance.
The HR Generalist Establishes plans, templates, and communications to foster organizational alignment and clear progress tracking.
Job Requirements
a Graduate degree in Business or Finance is a plus
Preferably requires 2 years professional experience in the HR department in a multinational company
Experience in Compensation & Benefits is a plus
Fluent spoken and written English
