Job Description
PepsiCo in Egypt is hiring HR Shared Services Assistant Advisor to upervise and ensure that all HR Shared Service (HRSS) activities and tasks are conducted with the highest degree of operational excellence and are in compliance with PepsiCo’s policies, procedures, regulations and labor law requirements; demonstrating strong and effective leadership to build the technical and personal capabilities of the HRSS team located in their cluster.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Supervise and follow up on the operations of the HRSS team located in their designated region
Ensure the adherence of HRSS operations in their region to PepsiCo’s policies, regulations and the provisions of the Labor Law.
Lead on the talent assessment of their team members’ ensuring the proper development action plans are in place covering both technical and behavioral capabilities.
Enhance employees’ experience throughout HRSS employee life cycles (Pre-boarding/Hiring/Changes/Exit/etc..) events through demonstrating an employee centric attitude in implementing HRSS processes.
Enhance Employee Self Services(ESS)/Management Self Services (MSS) adoption rates in their region through multiple interventions (awareness/follow up/etc..)
Ensure employees’ challenges, problems and complaints (ER/Fixed/Variable pay / leaves/ etc..) are captured and solved in a timely manner.
Ensure the integrity of employees’ data on PepsiCo’s HR systems (myHR/myPay/etc.) in his/her designated region
Ensure that employees’ probation period process and contract renewal process is conducted in compliance with PepsiCo’s policies and labor law requirements.
Ensure that employee’ files are complete and systematically archived as per labor law requirements.
Manage HRSS monthly payroll preparation process for his/her region ensuring the accuracy of time and attendance records, payroll deductions, penalties and other variables in adherence to payroll process timelines.
Ensure the execution of ER process within the agreed on timelines (Legal Investigation outcomes/penalties communication/notifications/warning letters/etc..)
Manage Employees’ health certificates renewal process ensuring all employees’ health certificates valid and renewed on a periodical basis in adherence to labor law requirements.
Supervise employee’s exit/termination process ensuring the safe guarding of company assets and the employees’ entitlements are accurately calculated and disbursed in a timely manner.
Supervise employees’ work injury process ensuring proper documentation and submission of the documents to the concerned authorities and departments as per labor law requirements.
Handle all death and disability cases in his/her designated region, ensure proper documentation and make sure all the claims are settled within the set timeline.
Oversee the submission of form 1, form 6 and form 2 and other mandate data and documents to Social Insurance and labor law offices with the set timelines and as per labor law requirements
Act as the SPOC in labor offices inspections and ensure documenting inspection requirements and the submission of the required reports and data within the agreed on timelines.
Ensure all required legal registers are complete and up to date (Special needs/health certificates/the register of recruitment and birth/the register of sanctions/the record of vacations) etc.
Conduct periodical reviews and audits to his/her region’s operations and ensure all findings are documented and corrective actions are taken.
Supervise the reporting of the time and attendance of the outsourced labor to the outsourcing department as per the agreed on timelines.
Oversee the coordination of the administrative tasks in Distribution Centers partnering with the facilities department.
Coordinate with relevant departments to organize all initiatives related to healthy living (resort trips - family day - sports day – etc..)
Participate in other HR initiatives, projects and taskforces
Job Requirements
1 – 4 years of experience in HR/employees relations
Fluent in both English and Arabic, spoken and written
Knowledge and experience in different HR programs (SAP is preferable)
Ability to communicate and present different topics efficiently and effectively
Team spirit and team work
Has clear and high level of transparency and honesty
High skills in customer service with focusing on the accuracy and quality
Has the ability to lead and support teams with different skills
Has the ability to manage and execute more than one mission or project at the same time and achieve the goals with the same efficiency and quality.
