Alahli Bank of Kuwait - ABK Egypt is currently looking for a Cards Operations Officer who will be Primarily Responsible for processing all Cards operation tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Reconcile cards fees collection process and handle its related operations.
Monitor the daily cards settlement files ,handle any rejections and settle the pending transactions with branches
Handling overdrawn accounts reports, take the needed action and follow up settlement.
Participant in creating needed MIS reports
Responsible for All Euronet Systems and applications Users ( Reset /creation / closing )
Handling the direct debit insurance files on credit cards through Alico Company.
Analysis the transactions authorization to decrease the decline transactions rate with providing a solutions and ideas
Review on a daily basis all the transactions processed manually on the credit cards accounts through specific reports
Prepares the annual budget (Credit/Debit)
create all the required operations procedures
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Commerce/Business Administration
Minimum 3-4 years operations experience
Handling partner relationships
General Understanding of electronic funds transfer (cards and ATMs processing )
Core banking System and interrelated systems understanding
Knowledge of the bank’s procedures and job related procedures
Financial knowledge is required (Finance and banks’ products)
MS office knowledge.
