Al-Futtaim is currently looking for an Emirati candidate as a Contact Centre Agent for Al Futtaim Honda in Dubai to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction for all stake holders, by providing the best quality of service in answering queries, resolving problems, and ensuring the timely closure of all service requests.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Handle/Manage all customers’ calls/transactions on all areas of operations and relevant departments in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
Accurate capture of customer/ transaction comments.
Working on other related process or Ad-Hoc Contact Centre projects during work hours.
Process KPIs are adhered to and achieved consistently.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Job Requirements
You must be an Emirati hold UAE national passport and UAE national book
You should hold High School Certificate or above.
Minimum experience at least 2 years’ in Contact Center domain.
You should have an Excellent verbal communication, strong English skills
Ability to handle multi tasks, Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and Problem solving techniques, Self-motivated and patient, Team work spirit.
Flexible and willing to fulfil work requirements including work location and CC 24/7 shift schedule.
