Americana Group in Dubai, UAE has a vacancy for an ‘Area Manager’ role at QSR brand KFC.
The right caliber would be, a people-oriented manager with a demonstrable history of driving excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Responsible for managing the operation of assigned KFC units in support of the Cluster Area Operations Director.
Coordinately and collaborate closely with Restaurant Managers for planning & organization; ensuring that all outlets are staffed optimally, etc.
Ensure that all restaurants under supervision can achieve objectives as per planned.
Regularly instill effective coaching to allocated Restaurant General Managers.
Monitor competitors’ activities and coordinate with operation and marketing managers to keep ahead of competition
Set customer service standards for the area and drive customer-focused culture by serving as a role model in resolving serious customer issues and training managers to meet or exceed customer service standards.
Tracks, analyzes, and identifies root cause of customer complaints and leads management team to implement systematic solutions.
Job Requirements
Minimum University Degree, ideally postgrad qualification from an accredited business field.
Ideally, five years of accumulated exposure in the QSR field as an Area Manager (two years’ experience can potentially be considered)
Strong knowledge of QSR.
Reasonably well versed in MS Office.
Fluent in English (ability to discourse in Arabic being an add on advantage)
Willing to travel as necessary
A good communicator.
Strong interpersonal skills
