Job Description
Hill International is seeking to hire Exhibition Coordinators who will oversee the planning, organization, and implementation of the Museum’s exhibits, which includes exhibitions curated by guest curators and for all exhibitions requiring the loan of artworks.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Overlook, coordinate and follow up on the Exhibition Management scope to the Museum.
A Leader of Team Producing Working Drawings & detailed shop drawings Coordinated exhibition design With All Activities (electric, lighting, air condition, Fire Fighting, Audiovisual, security system, art work etc...).
Responsible for final technical inspections for project items (loose furniture, fixed & custom made furniture, etc.)
Responsible of producing details shop drawings for all carpentry task in project and door schedules and follow up working at wood manufacture and material procurement.
Responsible of showrooms and factory production shop drawings using computer program [AutoCAD].
Follow up and executing manufactures basic products and mass-Production.
Calculating products budget.
Knowledge and familiarity with the region’s exhibition / art scene.
Job Requirements
Degree in Fine Arts, Arts Management or Museum Studies.
Knowledge of the Art Landscape, art handling, basic conservation, and installation of exhibits.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
Knowledge of Graphic Illustrator, CorelDraw, or other similar graphic design application.
