Job Description
In this role, you will work as a part of a small team ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the handling operation. You will be a quick thinking individual who will be responsible for providing the highest level of services to all of our customers in response to their requests, provide lounge services, and ensure work efficiency in ramp and baggage areas.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Liaising with customers and their representatives in an extraordinary manner to ensure premium first class service
Liaising with Ground handling team (general aviation) to ensure a seamless operation
Responsible for ensuring the aircraft has received all services requested
Providing lounge services to passengers, crew and representatives
Organising baggage screening and processing with porters
Job Requirements
To be effective in this role, you will need a minimum of three years of job-related experience with at least one year within an aviation environment.
You must have experience providing a high level of customer service and be effective working as part of a team.
