Description
As a Cabin Crew member, you'll be the airline's ambassador, ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and a positive experience throughout the flight. You'll maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies while attending pre-flight briefings, preparing the cabin with supplies, and conducting safety checks. Throughout the flight, you'll instruct passengers, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. You'll also play a key role in maximizing revenue by promoting onboard products and charities while securely handling transactions. Your responsibilities extend beyond the flight as you participate in post-flight assessments, potentially take on the Cabin Supervisor role, and continuously develop your professional and safety knowledge through training.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum diploma or higher secondary certificate, with a preference for a Travel/Tourism diploma. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an added value. The ideal candidate should be fit to fly, have good general health, be presentable, friendly, customer service-oriented, and capable of handling difficult situations without compromising the corporate image. Should be proactive, self-motivated, and fluent in English; fluency in other languages would be advantageous. The candidate should also be proficient in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in cabin crew or customer service roles in airlines, aviation, or hospitality industries is considered an added value. An active cabin crew license is an advantage. The candidate should be able to work in shift patterns and for extended hours, demonstrate high flexibility, and demonstrate the ability to contribute and deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
