Job Description
To amend DBM orders, create claims and invoices in the system and providing account information variations to workshop manager
To prepare daily warranty Analysis and report to the Aftersales Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Clerical Functions and maintain Personnel and Administrative records and procedures.
Amending DBM orders and invoices, to speed up workshop flow.
Preparing all external and internal jobcards and proper billing with all labour, parts, oil, sublets and consumables.
Proper checking of invoices and related documents with computer statements to maintain accuracy.
Create warranty claim and monitor claim status till invoice clearing
Monitor warranty rejections and re-claim
Arranging daily workshop performance report.
Maintain flow up system to speed up the functions.
Job Requirements
SC or equivalent with financial background
Computer Operation / Typing / Office Management
3-5 years relevant experience in a reputed
Organization in warranty costing / warranty administration
Technical knowledge / SAP knowledge
