Job Description
Jazeera Airways is currently recruiting for the role of Call Center & Reservation Agent(s) who would be responsible for inbound and outbound calls. Call Center Agent has to respond to incoming calls from the customers to answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organization’s products or services. While maintaining high-quality customer service, the Call Center & Reservation Agent will also be responsible to convert calls into sales.
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist and guide online & offline customers with all travel regulations
Attend inbound calls and make outbound calls
Handle flights disruption and communicate the same with customers in case of any delays, flights cancelled, or time changes (if needed)
Communicate clearly with and effectively with customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp etc.
Maintain service quality and follow up on customers’ inquiries
Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the Team Leaders
Work on the reservation system and handle the sales requirements
Attend and respond passengers’ complaints and queries
Achieve KPIs assigned for sales & ancillary
Promote Jazeera Airways services & company products
Support and assist customers and travel agents

Excellent Customer Service & Selling Skills
Minimum High School/Diploma or equivalent
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows
Minimum 1-year experience in a customer support role
