Job Description
To teach, design and develop grooming courses, lessons and training materials for staff, and assess their appearance
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Design and develop courses and lessons on skin care, hair techniques, make up and nail technology for staff to improve SAUDIA image
Design, develop and update all training materials, i.e. trainer guide, visuals/ slides, participant activities, participant guides, etc.
Delivery of grooming programs for staff
Assessment by recording and reporting on assessments of staff
Coach and motivate ab-initio and recurrent Cabin Crew, e.g. via performance management referrals
Monitor grooming Spot Check for all Crews, customer service agents, …etc.
Do hair and makeup training for all Crews, customer service agents, …etc.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree , diploma in beauty would be preferred (Female Only)
Achieve the required English level: Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS with the minimum score of 47 (MANDATORY)
Experience with Hair and Makeup styling
Makeup Artist, hair stylist and skin care
Policies, Procedures & Work Methods Knowledge
Cultural awareness and flexibility
Well-developed written and communication skills
Numerical Skills
