Internship Description
A motivated HR Intern to work collaboratively in a team environment, performing HR activities specifically in recruitment. Candidates will have a strong knowledge of internal HR processes and recruitment activities for FMCG industry.
Intern should be capable of working across and within a diversified culture and communicate professionally with different employees categories. Reporting to HR Manager he/she should able to meet set deadlines and consider the quality as well as quantity for any deliverable.
Intern's Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Update the vacancy list on a regular basis with the status of the vacancies
Assist Recruitment Officer with screening CV’s
Conduct phone screening with candidates and record their details to create a database of potential candidates
Prepare interview schedules
Develop a proper filing and e.filing system for CVs
Coordinate with Office Coordinator and candidate regarding arrival, accommodation and transportation if needed
Internship Requirements
Student who passed their second year in Business school – HR Management Major
Fresh graduated who has BA/BS degree in HRM.
Good communication skills
