Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Customer Interaction
Order and Delivery Management
Invoicing and Accounts Receivable
Complaints and Claims Management
Job Requirements
Required language skills (Arabic, English and French)
Customer orientation, operational excellence
Accountability, proactive thinking, flexibility
Strong communication skills
Cooperation and analytical skills
Knowledge of Customer Service and Supply Chain is a plus
Knowledge of SAP or similar CS related transactions & reporting functions is a plus
Works well under pressure
Excellent organization & time management skills
Able to make timely informed decisions
