Interns' Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Provide research & intelligence, industry and company analysis; Preparation of transaction related documents, pitch presentations and offers
Performing Valuations and Financial Modelling
Supporting the execution of varied and complex M&A/Corporate Finance transactions along with Transaction Services (Diligence) projects
Supporting the generation of new business opportunities and business development initiatives
Internship Requirements
About to or recently graduated with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration, Economics or related
Prior professional experience in an M&A boutique, an international audit & advisory firm or a Corporate Finance/ Corporate Development division of a bank or a corporate is a plus
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Excellent knowledge in using Microsoft Office
Enthusiastic to pursue a relevant further qualification such as the CFA
Good communication and presentation skills
True team spirit, self-motivated, and willingness to learn
Pro-active, detail oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
