Talent Acquisition is a division under Human Resources. It is the process of finding and acquiring skilled human labor for organizational needs and to meet any labor requirements. It is in charge of the end to end recruitment process. The unit provides opportunity for internal staff to broaden their career path by offering internal vacancies when available.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
To administer the recruitment process for all divisions by maintaining efficient systems & processes, while providing support to managers as required.
Use abilities to source, screen and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
Help identify key performance factors, develop sourcing pools and update necessary trackers
Job Requirements
High School /Diploma
2 – 3 years of experience in Recruitment is preferred
