ALEXBANK is currently recruiting for the role of Global Transfers Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Identify & Establish potential business relationships with banks and money exchange companies, and money remittance providers abroad for business expansion.
Interact with potential banks / financial institutions abroad to discuss agreement terms, commercial terms, pricing, and rates.
Manage the existing business relationships, ensure that the movement of the maintained accounts are in consistence with the agreed terms and conditions.
Develop relationships to organically grow the overall inflow remittance performance.
Sales follow-up and achieve the assigned targets.
Improve the service quality and applicable fees & charges structure thru business intelligence researches and market surveys.
Monitor the business developments and assesses the performance of each of our business partners targeting to increase their contribution in the overall bank's profitability generated from this line of business.
Manage relationships with different correspondent partners across different regions and develops co-brand corridor initiatives to boost business volumes.
Align with marketing on global seasonal and promotional campaigns to enhance visibility of the brand and create proper awareness among the Egyptian expatriates in the targeted countries.
Coordinate with ALEXBANK internal stakeholders for troubleshooting any operational/system challenges.
Prepare Daily/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports and submits it to the direct reporting Managers/Heads.
Conduct periodical business visits to the assigned corridors to fully understand market dynamics and fulfill partners’ requirements.
