Attijariwafa Bank Egypt is currently recruiting for the role of Creative Design Manager
Responsible for creating innovative editorial and visual content that will build our brand, internally and externally, increase awareness and consumer engagement.
Produce quality articles, posts, videos, landing pages, and website pages that drives maximum engagement. ; Create content that is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality.
Convey error-free content that adheres to the Bank’s style guidelines.
Provide fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of all and different types of content, and other promotional materials.
Ultimately, deliver quality-writing pieces that appeal to our clients, attract customers and boost brand awareness. Writing content, copy and scheduling content across all digital media channels. Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Understand the project/ campaign requirements and develop high quality designs/ artwork accordingly.
Create designs for social media platforms and company website using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign
Design posters, images, social media posts and campaigns
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Develop design layouts for complex projects using Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools.
Developing design concepts for packaging, product stands, print and online ads, and other BTL material.
Developing social media static artwork and animated videos
Participate in all campaign projects, drive activity from brief to final output, working closely with stakeholders and MCR team
Preparing and successfully pitching designs both internally and externally to clients
Designing prospectuses, brochures, websites, posters, adverts & exhibition graphics
Involved in the creation and development of new designs and visual concepts, across a broad spectrum of styles
Working across a wide variety of digital and print projects
Creating and maintaining graphics for company websites
Preparing files to print and then sending them to the printers
In-depth knowledge of typography and colour-matching
Working experience of platforms such as HTML5, CSS3 and Java
Managing all allocated budgets for product campaigns
Overseeing the design's production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner
Giving support and advice to colleagues on a wide range of Graphic Design processes
Liaising with stakeholders on project requirements
Apply the correct brand and corporate Identity, in line with the standing AWB brand & group guidelines
Can maintain effectiveness and focus in a fast moving and changing environment

Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Design or any relevant studies.
5+ of creative design experience
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite advanced in Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience in 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe in Design, PDFs and other design software’s.
Social media design
