ALEXBANK is currently recruiting for the role of Digital Payment Acquiring Relationship Manager (Point of Sales)
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Executive level of responsibilities of selling acquiring business different products (POS- E-commerce… etc)
Exercise monitoring and maintaining the relationship with the new and existing merchants
Leading the alternative sales channels and maintain the banking relationship with the bank clients
Ensure regular feedback from the customers and enhance service level provided
Coordinate and resolve all the client requests with the different stockholders
Managing the client’s portfolio according to business analysis and statistic
Job Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience
Good command of English & Arabic
Excellent Computer Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Selling Skills
Negotiation Skills
