    EFG Hermes is currently recruiting for the role of Segments & Growth Executive

    Assist in identifying valU’s segments based on a growth strategy and develop different communication means to target those different segments with the objective of growing number, volume, and frequency of transactions of each segment.


    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Engage with team members in analyzing and defining the consumer segments and growth plan with the primary aim of growing the total based of the consumer business.

    • Expand growth channels by launching and enriching the various sales channels (i.e: e-commerce merhants, payment service providers relationship management, new customer onboarding channels, new loyalty platforms etc.)

    • Develop new ideas based on in-depth analysis of market needs to attract potential merchants and maintain the existing ones.

    • Manage partnerships, build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and proactively identify and assess their requirements.

    • Lead a full go-to market plan starting from onboarding the merchant until launching a promo along with its communication plan.

    • Develop business tracking reports associated with the review of daily consumer segments using Business Analytics and/or the IT/Digital function.

    • Monitor the market for potential newly established merchants for acquisition to widen valU’s network.

    • Enhance and/or adjust marketing and promotional plans to address changes in consumer behaviour trends.

    • Ensure the efficient delivery of detailed action plans to increase the number of transactions while growing and maintaining valU’s consumer base.

    • Responsible for analyzing consumer utilization performance and conversion rates, and rationalizing consumers (life-cycle).

    • Manage merchants requests, approvals, customer-issues related to merchants end-to-end with ownership and report results to Management.

    • Conduct post-launch audits and evaluate current KPIs and metrics.

    • Review the development of market insights and provide recommnedations to other departments for use in consumer-related analysis.

    • Follow-up on activity reports, merchants’ complaints and portfolio status, and report back to the Segments & Growth Head.

    • Responsible for regular data cleansing of merchants’ information.

    • Responsible for administrative tasks that support day-to-day operation including (but not limited to); merchants’ agreements and contract processes.

    • Support the Segments & Growth Head in identifying the training needs, and overseeing the target audience and delivery frequency to increase other teams’ consumer knowledge.

    • Ensure familiarity and compliance with the firm’s policies and processes.


    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Digital Marketing or equivalent.

    • 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role in Retail Sales.

    • Excellent analytical skills (such as: researching, forecasting, reporting, organizing, etc.).

    • Possess strong client-handling skills.
