the Commercial Bank of Kuwait - CBK is currently recruiting for the role of Officer: Documentation - Credit Administration
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Review all finance transaction applications and ensure full information are obtained.
Ensure finances documentations are provided in compliance with approved credit decisions, financing policies and procedures and that they are within regulatory requirements.
Complete, communicate and verify with customers any documentations, acknowledgments or disclosures required.
Organize, coordinate and audit credit files for compliance with relationship thresholds and financing policy requirements.
Review finance Agreements for completion and proper approval.
Update customers financing Limits on the related systems.
Provide day to day technical support in serving the credit teams.
Ensure necessary arrangements for blocking or retaining any deposits, investments, trusts, insurance products or request for a mortgage documentation of any required collateral.
Prepare entries for disbursement of finance amounts.
Job Requirements
Correct drafting of letters and documents
Good document maintenance, effective retrieval
Advanced computer Skills
Fluent in English and Arabic
Education: Accounting, Finance & Business Administration.
Kuwaiti Nationals.
