Job Description
This role is part of the EMEA Marketing function and is focused on supporting the strategic and revenue growth priorities for the bank. We exist to create and develop deep and insightful emotional connections with customers to generate growth through superior products, inspiring content and engaging brand and customer experience. We focus on understanding present and future customer needs and the identification, development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that drive revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction in order to meet agreed targets and objectives at both a regional and market level.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
The role holder will be part of the MENAT Marketing function, based in the UAE, and will rotate across the function to assist the marketing managers across various activities”
Collaborate with senior marketing managers to support in responding to business briefs, and developing the marketing plan
Support the marketing managers in the design and delivery of marketing campaigns for products and propositions that meet the business targets
Support in events activation and management of all related tasks from vendor management, all the way to managing invitations list and events execution.
Support in managing vendors and third parties to support delivery of marketing activities
Manage day to day operational tasks such as contracts renewal, invoices settlements, and governance as relevant
Job Requirements
A strong background of work experience in Marketing roles across Banking, FMCG, Telecom or similar industries
The job holder will need to be well organised with strong attention to detail and an ability to plan and prioritise.
Demonstrate Customer Centricity by thinking and acting beyond product sales.
He/She will possess active listening skills and demonstrate an ease in building close working relationships with key stakeholder within and outside the department
High level of personal integrity and values in line with business core values.
The person will need to have command of the English language (written and verbal) and should be able to deliver effective presentations to senior stakeholders.
The person should have a minimum of Graduate level of qualification in Marketing or Business Management but ideally and MBA level education is required
