RAKBANK is currently recruiting for the role of Relationship Manager - Elite
To acquire, grow and deepen WM Banking relationships through effective relationship management, with special focus on the analysis and satisfaction of WM customers’ financial and investment needs, with an aim to meet the budgeted volumes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Ensure adherence to Banks policies, ethics and code of conduct.
Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets in all WM products
Ensure NTB acquisition through various channels
Build and deepen relationships with existing WM customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues
Assessment of the quality, potential and profitability of new relationships as well as the existing portfolio
Ensure that the service standards of WM are met and maintained and Nil undesirable business is sourced
Provide truly professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Clear CISI certification before the stipulated deadline
Update customers on the global economic policies and trends; be abreast with information on equities, bonds, commodities, futures, options, indices, bullion, derivatives
Able to manage an incremental portfolio of relationships; liabilities, AUM and assets
Be fully aware of entire product and service range available in WM program+ and keep abreast of market developments, both global as well as local
Ensure that the business is booked as per laid down procedures and guidelines and due diligence is carried out with respect to money laundering and other regulatory requirements
Provide necessary MIS as per schedule and set formats advised by your Manager to monitor and track performances related to Sales and Contact Management
Ensure portfolio coverage at least once in 60 days cycle in terms of Face to Face meeting
Job Requirements
Strong selling and inter-personal skills required to market new customers and sell bank products
Creativity in terms of meeting customer demands with existing products and structuring new facilities
Initiative and drive to achieve set targets and service standards
Leadership skills to lead and motivate a team of sales and service people
Relationship Management skills
Ability to understand alternative investment opportunities to resist competitive pressures and retain clients
Good leadership, communication, negotiation and impersonal skills
Good computer skills with the ability to generate, interpret MIS (mail shots, seminars and event management, etc.)
