HSBC is currently recruiting for the role of SMEs Senior Relationship Manager
The jobholder is expected to deliver a professional relationship management service to customers, prospective customers and professionals in order to maximize contribution towards the SME Segment Regulatory target. The role holder’s portfolio will consist of relationships in SME and the role will involve managing all aspects of the relationship including the inherent credit and operational risks. The jobholder will be responsible for establishing a strong, visible profile within the business area and focusing on the delivery of the bank’s capabilities within SME.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Act as Relationship Manager by offering value-added advice & guidance to customers, prospects and professionals
Grow sustainable revenues from existing customer portfolio & through targeted acquisition of quality new borrowing SME customers
Generate quality assets through the use of appropriate risk management tools, price appropriately and ensure superior returns within risk appetite
Ensure proactive and aggressive relationship building/customer contact plans/pipeline management for both existing and new customers to deepen penetration for customer wallet
Keep up-to-date knowledge of HSBC’s international and domestic strategy, capabilities and policies.
Keep abreast of external factors influencing international and domestic business e.g. economic, cultural, geographical, procedural and regulatory requirements.
Work with product providers (such as GLCM, GTRF) to implement a joined up approach to identifying international and domestic business prospects and achieving cross sales.
Proactively develop strong relationships with prospective customers in order to encourage the move to HSBC
Job Requirements
University Graduate
Approved Credit Course or relative certification
Other courses relevant to the field
Relevant experience in the same field, managing a portfolio of corporate clients with T/O up to EGP 200m
Minimum 5 year experience as corporate RM
