Job Description
The talent acquisition intern plays a vital role in the identification of future talent at DELL Technologies. Under direct supervision, the Recruiting Intern will perform administrative, candidate screening and project-driven activities, which require in depth use of the applicant tracking system, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel. The primary duties will be to assist the recruiting team in finding viable candidates for open positions as well as the facilitation of candidates through the recruiting process.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Maintain the applicant tracking system database by ensuring that all candidate information and activity is up to date
Support senior team members & leadership in TA activities
Work on initial screening of candidates for professional positions
Complete various projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
A recent graduate from a reputable education institution
