EG-Bank is currently recruiting for the role of Branch Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Develops action plans for the branch in line with the consumer banking objectives, in coordination with department’s heads
Drives, manages and tracks the branch performance toward achieving business plan, sales target and high level of service quality
Contributes to the acquisition of business for the branch by marketing and cross selling the bank’s services and products to existing and potential customers
Ensures high level of customer service including the review of customer complaints and resolves these complaints to maintain high level of customer satisfaction
Ensures that processes are in place to measure and monitor operational and financial effectiveness
Ensures branch adherence to policies and procedures’ guidelines, operations control, compliance, regulations, audit requirements, internal and external reporting obligations
Oversees the effectiveness of security and control systems to ensure continuity and smooth running of the branch services
Manages personnel related issues, development and rotation of staff to leverage the required knowledge, skills and abilities and ensures all functions are fully covered within the branch
Oversees the implementation of service quality initiatives according to set targets, and the employment of operational controls to ensure full adherence to policies and procedures, compliance regulations and audit requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Finance
Fluent in Arabic and English (Writing and speaking)
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Banking and Branch Management
