EG-Bank is currently recruiting for the role of Senior Corporate Services Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Identifies the action plan of the corporate service in accordance with the Branch Manager
Identifies Corporate customer’s needs and fulfills it with proper bank’s products and services
Handles corporate customers requests and inquiries related to their accounts, products and services in a professional manner and refers them to respective relationship manager when needed
Approves various corporate customers requests and counter transactions according to authority matrix
Promotes EGBANK products and services and uses cross selling techniques with EGBANK existing corporate clients
Coaches and trains staff reporting to him/her to ensure full awareness of bank’s products, services, policies and procedures
Carries and handles efficiently custody items, and keys as per custodian matrix and relevant policies and procedures
Adheres to Branch Operating Model
Carries out any task requested by Branch Manager
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field of study
Fluent in Arabic and English (writing and speaking)
Minimum 5 years of banking experience, 3 of which in customer service and sales
