Housing & Development Bank (HD Bank) is currently recruiting for the role of Talent Acquisition Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans as per CBE regulations and bank internal policies.
Source and find internal and external qualified candidates for open positions .
Plan and execute Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes (End to End); by monitoring internal stakeholders’ hiring requests and maintain Recruitment plan on line updated.
Ensuring timely and effective communications (Internally and Externally)
Review employment applications and due diligence check for applicants’ backgrounds
Ensure the accuracy of published internal and external job postings.
Proactively identify bottlenecks/ issues and develop solutions with zero minimal oversight
Suggest measures for improving employee retention
Perform analytical reports for Talent Acquisition function including turnover analysis indicators
Use sourcing methods for hard – to- fill roles
Ability to identify and propose a practical KPIs reports for Recruitment .
Design, plan, innovate and execute employer branding activities .
Job Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources management and extensive talent acquisition and mass hiring hands on experience –preferably in Banking or relevant financial services or Recruitment agencies as well .
Solid experience for hiring managerial positions .
Understanding of general human resources functions, policies, procedures, and labor law practices .
Aptitude in problem solving and working as a team with a results driven approach
High negotiation skills
