The CIB Egypt is currently recruiting for the role of Credit Customer Relationship Manager
To drive the Business Banking sales process through developing relationships with existing and NTB borrowing credit clients to maximize market penetration and achieve the annual budgeted products’ sales plan (ex. Super Business Loan & Growth Loans), while abiding & complying with ; the credit policy, the Bank Policy & CBE regulations, within defined TAT in order to ensure high portfolio quality.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Attract new Business banking companies to maximize Bank’s assets, trade finance and liabilities, as well as cross-selling CIB’s other products. Support Relationship Managers in sourcing new leads for unsecured lending programs
Conduct simplified financial analysis and simplified Executive Summary for new cases or solicited directly to identify the customer needs and offer them the suitable product program matching the credit products’ policy
Maintain strong relations with existing Business Banking clients to maximize CIB share of wallet in all relevant products
Cooperate with Risk team to undertake proper credit assessment for borrowing clients in order to ensure high portfolio quality
Handle customers’ complaints properly, and recommends solutions to evade re-occurrence and ensure they are closed within the set TAT
Negotiate with the clients and settle on pricing, facilities, terms & Conditions with clients before handling the case to the Business Banking Risk for final recommendation
Monitor customers’ information are always updated to maintain valid documentation
Monitor the facility utilization to ensure that it is within approved limit and structure and ensure prompt settlement of dues
Prepare Call Memos for current business banking customers to report their market situation frequently through site visits, phone calls and checking the suppliers and buyers lists
Respond to risk enquiries within the defined T.A.T to maintain portfolio quality monitoring
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree of commerce , Business Administration, accounting or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience - Credit Certified
Credit Certified
Very good command of English
