Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Maintain a superior customer service experience with our client
Ensure delivery of customer promise and practice brand values, continue to maintain and improve the quality of service offered.
Up-sell and cross-sell other bank products and services to existing customers
Minimize customer attrition.
Maintain customer contact.
Job Requirements
Nature of job requires Excellent English, in presenting all business documents and report writing and in communicating with stakeholders
Excellent Computer skills with the ability to operate different MS application.
Excellent Interpersonal skills.
Sales skills Capabilities.
Excellent Written & oral communication.
