    Tiger Aviation Services is currently recruiting for the role of Traffic Officer (Cairo Station). This position is to provide assistance to all operation and traffic services provided by the company to our clients including handling Ramp duties, completing written and electronic reports and forms and handling emergency situations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Traffic Officer, you will be responsible for handling ramp duties and overseeing the overall management of airport services. You will complete written and electronic reports and forms, assist in the preparation for and handling of emergency situations, and provide customer support via phone and call management. Additionally, you will address passenger concerns, motivate employees under your command, and respond to aircraft and other airport emergencies, performing duties as directed. Communication with tenants, operators, airlines, the ATCT, and other airport divisions regarding routine matters and special projects will also be part of your responsibilities.


    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, applicants must be university graduates (in any discipline) and native Arabic speakers with a good command of English. They should possess strong communication skills, including proficiency in email correspondence, and be very adept at using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel. Applicants should have 2 to 5 years of experience in the aviation industry and be familiar with airport operations and traffic services. While males are preferred, females are also encouraged to apply. Additionally, candidates must have a good understanding of local airport rules, international aviation and immigration regulations, loading and unloading procedures and limitations, as well as security and safety check procedures.
