Nesma Airlines is currently hiring Customer Support Agents. This is a great opportunity to join a customer-focused team, handling flight bookings, schedule changes, and various passenger inquiries while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and support throughout the travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally and effectively respond to all customer inquiries.
- Issue, reissue, change, and refund airline tickets.
- Confirm and modify flight reservations.
- Prepare and locate records and information for customers and colleagues.
- Maintain records and information.
- Handle emergency requests 24 hours.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of reservation experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong command of English.
- Good PC skills (Excel, Word).
