    Nesma Airlines is currently hiring Customer Support Agents. This is a great opportunity to join a customer-focused team, handling flight bookings, schedule changes, and various passenger inquiries while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and support throughout the travel experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Professionally and effectively respond to all customer inquiries.
    • Issue, reissue, change, and refund airline tickets.
    • Confirm and modify flight reservations.
    • Prepare and locate records and information for customers and colleagues.
    • Maintain records and information.
    • Handle emergency requests 24 hours.
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Minimum of 1 year of reservation experience.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Strong command of English.
    • Good PC skills (Excel, Word).
