Job Description
flyadeal is currently recruiting for the role of Front Desk Officer to manage flyadeal front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).

Professional attitude and appearance
Customer service attitude
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Minimum High school degree: additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
English knowledge
1-2 years in related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
