Job Description
As an Airport Services Agent, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient airport experience for all passengers. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols, and coordinating with various airport departments to facilitate smooth passenger flow. You will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in, transfers, and navigating the airport terminal, while also supporting the Duty Officer in managing company materials and records. Additionally, you will liaise with Ground Handling agents to ensure efficient processing for hotel and transfer passengers and oversee GHA staff to maintain the highest standards of service. By working collaboratively with your team and prioritizing the needs of our diverse customer base, you will contribute significantly to a positive and inclusive airport environment.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, at least two years of relevant work experience are required, with a minimum of one year in the airline, travel industry, or hospitality sector. Strong communication skills, including fluency in English, are essential for effectively interacting with diverse passengers and colleagues. A positive and energetic attitude is crucial for thriving in this fast-paced and demanding environment. Proficiency in computer applications is also a prerequisite.
