    The Senior Airport Services Agent at Emirates in Houston is responsible for providing quality service to passengers in check-in, boarding, special services, baggage services, ticket desk, and Emirates Lounge. The job involves adhering to the company's commercial, safety, and security policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring all operational criteria are completed within specified time frames. The job involves identifying and meeting passengers' standard and special service requirements at check-in, transfer desk, special services, and boarding gates, adhering to internal operating boarding procedures, and guiding team members to ensure superior passenger service levels are upheld. The Senior Airport Services Agent also liaises with the Emirates Chauffeur drive company on arrival and departure, ensuring eligible passengers receive the service and any passengers needing assistance. They oversee the arrival of bags into the baggage hall, ensuring priority is given to Premium passenger card holders. They monitor queues at check-in, ensuring priority is given to Premium passenger card holders. The Senior Airport Services Agent also assists with pre and post flight documentation, ensuring safety instructions are compiled, and reporting any damage to aircraft. They cover the absence of check-in supervisors and prepare flight briefs regarding passenger information, ensuring staff, GHA, and service providers are fully aware of this information. The Senior Airport Services Agent also provides ad hoc coverage at the Ticket Desk when there are shortfalls due to leave and sickness, and conducts credit card verification and travel document checks diligently.


    Job Requirements

    The ideal candidate should have completed 10 years schooling or equivalent; 3+ years airport operations experience; must have completed professional training in passenger services, ground operations, reservations, fares, and ticketing. Experience in airline industry is required, including knowledge of departure control systems, computerized reservation systems, check-in procedures, customer service delivery, fluency in English and local language, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
