Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Promote and sell relevant additional products to enhance the Customer’s journey.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all flyadeal products, services and systems, providing accurate information and updates at all times.
Answer all calls in a professional manner, following the approved script to deliver an exceptional Customer Experience to flyadeal Customers and to achieve individual revenue and quality targets.
Ensure all data entered into flyadeal systems is accurate and within established guidelines.
Deal professionally with Customer issues, taking all possible actions to resolve the issue to their fullest satisfaction with minimal intervention of Team Leaders.
Participate in all team efforts and projects, communicating feedback to escalating recurring issues identified during day-to-day calls.
Job Requirements
Customer Service.
Basic of Microsoft Office and ability to learn and use new software applications.
Good English.
Excellent Command of Arabic.
High School and above.
Ability to understand and interpret Customer needs.
