Job Description
The Airport Operations Crew is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the airport. They check in, verify personal identification, tag, lift, and handle luggage, book and verify flight reservations, assist with flight arrivals and departures, prepare aircraft cabins, coordinate boarding and deplaning, assist with special needs, and ad-hoc requests. Essential functions include verifying customers' personal identification, tagging, lifting, and handling luggage, announcing flight arrivals and departures, communicating with customers, offering ancillary products, coordinating duties with coworkers, preparing aircraft cabins for boarding and departure, operating airport equipment, and assisting with special needs. Crew members must perform and/or rotate through all Airport Operations related functions, including gate and ticket counter operations.

Job Requirements
The minimum qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age, one year of customer service or sales experience, strong interpersonal and listening skills, fluency in written and spoken English, and successful completion of a customer service assessment. The candidate must be able to work variable hours, flexible shifts, and use various communication tools. They must also possess a valid Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge, be legally eligible to work in the country, and pass a pre-employment drug test. The preferred experience includes two years of customer service, volunteer experience, or sales experience, strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, experience working with various payment methods, previous airline experience, and bilingual skills.
