Job Description
ANA is looking for exceptional and highly motivated Customer Service Representatives, Passenger Service, to be responsible for daily passenger service operations, supervising contractors, overseeing departure and arrival handling, performing designated passenger service functions, and performing general administrative duties.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a valid driver's license, 2 years of passenger service experience, prior ramp agent experience (preferred), excellent customer service skills, availability to work any hours/shifts/holidays/weekends, excellent communication, proficiency in MS Office, and understanding of cultural diversity. Eligibility to work in the U.S.
