    Nesma Airlines is currently recruiting for the role of Passenger Services Officer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Follow up on passengers' special requests, comments, and complaints.

    • Initiate corrective actions for the deviation in any matter related to passengers' discomfort.

    • Solving all mishandling baggage issues and problems.

    • Ensure that all passengers’ claims are passing through him for proper procedures that ensure regulations implementation.

    • Perform any administrative tasks assigned by the Ground Handling Manager.


    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree.

    • More than 3 years’ experience.

    • English Language: Fluent.

    • Customer and details Oriented.

    • Perfect communication skills.
