Nesma Airlines is currently recruiting for the role of Passenger Services Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Follow up on passengers' special requests, comments, and complaints.
Initiate corrective actions for the deviation in any matter related to passengers' discomfort.
Solving all mishandling baggage issues and problems.
Ensure that all passengers’ claims are passing through him for proper procedures that ensure regulations implementation.
Perform any administrative tasks assigned by the Ground Handling Manager.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree.
More than 3 years’ experience.
English Language: Fluent.
Customer and details Oriented.
Perfect communication skills.
