Job Description
The VIP Service Agent manages all bookings and travel journeys for the VIP, CIP, Khaas/Exclusive members, and Residence of the Team. Handles all bookings, enquiries, and online booking engine support, as well as redemption bookings, enquiries, and requests related to Etihad Guest. Also handles special requests and manages travel journeys across the global Etihad network. takes immediate service recovery decisions, manages guests' email/queue, produces daily shift reports, and ensures proper handover of tasks to the next shift. Maintains guests' travel preferences database, provides exceptional customer service, and maintains data protection and confidentiality for the Team's customer circle.
Job Requirements
The applicant must have a high school degree preferably with courses in Amadeus reservation and ticketing, Prior Salesforce experience is preferred, 3 years of ticketing and reservation experience, strong customer service skills, Amadeus experience, Arabic speaking, and availability to 24/7 shift pattern.
