Qatar Airways is seeking an Airport Services Agent in Dubai, UAE, to provide exceptional airport services, ensuring a stress-free environment for passengers, and adhering to the company's safety policy and security standards, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service at all touchpoints.
- Liaising with various check-in, boarding gate, ramp, cargo, and lounge departments.
- Supervising service partners' activities for smooth passenger acceptance.
- Directing passengers to designated areas.
- Ensuring entry requirements are met.
- Coordinating with various suppliers for smooth turnaround.
- Handling pre- and post-flight administration.
- Handling baggage claims.
- Ensuring compliance with QR Safety and Security requirements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree education.
- Experience in aviation passenger handling.
- Knowledge of airport functions, Weight and Balance, Dangerous Goods Regulations.
- GDS knowledge required.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends.
