Work Conditions
- Location: Zamalek
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Days Off: Friday and Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
- Ensure data entry into relevant systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Provide general administrative support to multiple departments.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Anticipate administrative needs and address them proactively.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth and cohesive operations.
- Work closely with various departments to facilitate cross-functional tasks and projects.
Requirements
- Female (Gender-specific).
- Bachelor's degree from a relevant university.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills.
