    Link Aero is currently currently recruiting for the role of Admin Assistant

    Work Conditions

    • Location: Zamalek
    • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
    • Days Off: Friday and Saturday

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
    • Ensure data entry into relevant systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
    • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
    • Provide general administrative support to multiple departments.
    • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
    • Anticipate administrative needs and address them proactively.
    • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth and cohesive operations.
    • Work closely with various departments to facilitate cross-functional tasks and projects.

    Requirements

    • Female (Gender-specific).
    • Bachelor's degree from a relevant university.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • 3–5 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Fluent in English (mandatory).
    • Flexible and adaptable.
    • Ability to multitask effectively.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
