Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content including comments, images, links, videos, audio, private messages, and profiles.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and high customer satisfaction across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and more.
- Respond professionally to queries from various communication channels, offering accurate information and applying soft sales techniques when appropriate.
- Support marketing campaigns while aligning with branding standards.
- Generate reports on moderation performance and community engagement.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to the Social Media Team.
- Stay informed on industry trends and anticipate emerging issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or social media is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with CMS and social media tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Active across major social media platforms.
- Proficient computer and digital communication skills.
