Nesma Airlines is currently recruiting for the role of Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies.
Key Duties
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across various platforms.
- Support in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Support the Marketing team in various tasks and projects as needed.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing including SEO/SEM marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks.
- Measure and report monthly performance of all digital activities (vs. agreed KPIs).
- Evaluate customer segments and create customer segmentation groups for focused targeted marketing based on customer profiling.
- Continuously evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Track and analyze competitors’ platforms and marketing activities weekly.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper implementation of tracking pixels, conversion events, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for accurate data collection.
- Assist in SEO and content marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
- Experience in Airlines or Travel Agencies is preferred.
- Excellent Computer skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Strong social media management skills, including the use of scheduling and publishing tools, monitoring, and tracking analytics.
- Excellent communication skills along with the ability to engage with customers and network users with a customer-first approach.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, and high-pressure environment.
