    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and moderate user-generated content including comments, images, links, videos, audio, private messages, and profiles.
    • Ensure consistent brand voice and high customer satisfaction across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and more.
    • Respond professionally to queries from various communication channels, offering accurate information and applying soft sales techniques when appropriate.
    • Support marketing campaigns while aligning with branding standards.
    • Generate reports on moderation performance and community engagement.
    • Provide actionable insights and feedback to the Social Media Team.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and anticipate emerging issues.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or social media is an advantage.
    • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
    • Strong writing, proofreading, and copywriting skills.
    • Familiarity with CMS and social media tools.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Active across major social media platforms.
    • Proficient computer and digital communication skills.
