    Nesma Airlines is currently recruiting for the role of Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies.

    Key Duties

    • Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across various platforms.
    • Support in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
    • Support the Marketing team in various tasks and projects as needed.
    • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media.
    • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.
    • Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
    • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing including SEO/SEM marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks.
    • Measure and report monthly performance of all digital activities (vs. agreed KPIs).
    • Evaluate customer segments and create customer segmentation groups for focused targeted marketing based on customer profiling.
    • Continuously evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Track and analyze competitors’ platforms and marketing activities weekly.
    • Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper implementation of tracking pixels, conversion events, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for accurate data collection.
    • Assist in SEO and content marketing campaigns.

    Requirements

    • A bachelor’s degree is required.
    • 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
    • Experience in Airlines or Travel Agencies is preferred.
    • Excellent Computer skills.
    • Excellent command of English.
    • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
    • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
    • Strong social media management skills, including the use of scheduling and publishing tools, monitoring, and tracking analytics.
    • Excellent communication skills along with the ability to engage with customers and network users with a customer-first approach.
    • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, and high-pressure environment.
