Nesma Airlines is currently recruiting for the role of Ticketing and Reservation Agent in Sohag
Key Duties
- Provide customer service to travelers booking flights.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding trip availability and details.
- Help customers choose flights, airlines, and destinations.
- Process ticket requests and payments.
- Make changes to existing reservations.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback.
- Assist customers with check-in procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Sohag resident is a must.
- Excellent communication and English skills.
- Ability to work with passengers from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using flight reservation systems and procedures and aviation industry regulations.
